We offer a seasonal maintenance program that gives you peace of mind that your air-conditioner has been checked, is clean, germ free, and ready to keep you and your family cool during the hot summer months.

The maintenance program includes:

SUMMER START UP. Remove winter cover (if fitted)

Clean filter pads, water reservoir, pump filter, spreaders. Check belt condition and tension (if fitted), bearings, motor, pump, hoses, power isolation switch, water isolation valve.

Run unit to check proper operation, check and adjust bleed off (if required).

Install slow release sterilizing canister to water reservoir to protect against legionella, mosquitoes and calcium build up.

WINTER SHUT DOWN. Drain and rinse reservoir, isolate water supply, isolate power supply.

Check and report on condition of: belt (if fitted), bearings, motor, pump, hoses, filter pads, spreaders. Fit winter cover(s)

The cost of this complete annual maintenance program is ONLY $140.00 including GST

When you make your payment, you should also advise us of the most suitable day(s) and times for our technician to call EG: Mondays between 12 noon and 3pm or Thursdays 9:30am to 1:00pm.

Once we have these details from you and payment is received, your summer and winter services will be booked in and you will be notified of the day and time that our technician will attend your home.
